Hey Shawn, I looked up the lead screws and they are 2 turns per inch and not metric. However the z axis ball screw im not so sure about I'll let you know how i make out. I do know if i go to fast the lead screws tend to wip to much. I have a large ball screw and 1 gear drive not sure which one I wan...

Thanks so much for all your help. I never got this much support from the mach forum. I'm going to add some photos of the y axis. Also hoping to use this set up to improve the gantry and y axis. Was originally going for a dual usage router/plasma but not any more I really want to lighten everything up.

Which reves need changed will gladly change them. Not sure why the photo album isnt working it loads right up from that link for me. Maybe because I posted it. Never did a album before. Will change the resolution as well thanks.

Will do had a blond moment when restting them. Forgot I updated lead screw to ball screw on the z axis leads were 2 turn ball is 5 it caused my z not to react fast enough and had some drags. Also had my z drive quit for some reason after I finally had everything set right did reset fine but I ran ou...

Thanks everyone I set my rev's and motor to what you reccomend and still had the issue. At least Im set right now However when I removed my touch off wire the problem went away. It doesn't go down to touch off. Clamp is mounted to the table. It also starts the torch for a millisecond which allows post airflow but no ignition. I can use the momentary torch test and it fires up even with error showing on the screen. Im running a Gecko G540 leads are 5 turns per inch and motot...
