fyi...i moved this tech support request thread to the Acorn forum out of the knowledge base Thank you, practically 5V give me 1000rpm rotation of spindle (if encoder count correct :) thats mean that Wabeco's spindle control have non linear parameter of rising voltage: it start rotating from 2V, 5V ...

I'm disonnecting everything from Acorn board and try spindle bench test one more time and it's failed: maximum 5.4V
upd: input from power supply to the board is 23.64, so i think it's ok

Hello all! When i was tested Acorn board standalone analog output gives 0-10V range, after installation output range reduced to 0-4.87V in 0-100% and 5.47V 100%-200% in software. Board was installed to Wabeco CC6000-HS lathe with Leadshine DMA860H drivers. Internal logic of Wabeco's spindle native 0...
