So it seems the issue is resolved.

For the next person who is perhaps running into this issue, pay careful attention to the fact that on the GR214V Pin 6 of CN1 which is ground, has a different symbol than Pin 1 of CN2.

I was running 4 separate power supplies ( 1 24V, 1 5V, 2 48V ) with the 48V ...

@cnckeith,

Will go get some photos. As for wiring, the axes move as expected when commanded to move, but when not commanded to move, they sit and jerk like that, so while it is possible the motors are wired incorrectly, It is strange that it moves as expected when commanded to do so.

@CNCKeith The machine was running with Mach3 with the same Motors, different offbrand steppers, which were causing other issues. Acorn has only been configured with the Raptors.
