Re: ATC issue with tool_unclamp_timeout on a router
It sounds like the tool_unclamp_timer isn't resetting when the tool unclamps - it should- The tool_unclamp_timer should only be active while timing from the tool unclamp request to confirming the tool has unclamped. It doesn't need to be and shouldn't be active between putting the old tool away and ...

Re: Unable to auto-detect Ether1616
Great news. FWIW I never meant to imply WIFI had anything to do with it. I was simply reporting how my machine was configured

Re: Unable to auto-detect Ether1616
I don't see the Acorn. Does the Acorn run correctly otherwise?
I don't see an earth ground connected to the Ether1616 though...
Ping 10.168.41.2?

Re: Unable to auto-detect Ether1616
Purely coincidently, I just happened to connect a ether1616 for the first time to my Acorn on my test bench this morning. My settings look identical, though I have IP6 enabled. It does show the DHCP setting enabled just as your screenshot does. The IP for Acorn is detected as 10.168.41.1. If I go in...

Re: Missing Steps in circular interpolation
The first thing I notice is that you have the accel set to .5 and the paired axis set to 1. I suggest that you set them both to the same value and see if that helps. Re: Fuji inverter
The specific model number of your Fuji Electric FRENIC-Ace would be helpful (apparently there are several variations). Even better would be a link to the manual for your inverter

Re: Error 907 Z Axis Travel Exceeded After Homing
You have a Z+ axis travel limit set to +300mm and you're homing in the Z+ direction and 0 in the Z- travel. You'll never be able to move in the Z- direction after homing. You almost certainly wan to set the Z+ travel limit to 0 and the z- travel limit to -300
