You'll have to accept risk that come with it ofcourse.

For ATC systems you can use the Probe Protection also based on the Tool Number.

RCCB Problem solved.

I forgot the EMI Filter in the powerline for the servos. Wired in and the RCCB is staying online.

As usual, if done right surprisingly it works

How exactly do you have the ZRI Home wired now? Where you able to get the OCZ output to work or are you still using the F5305S? I am using Z /Z with the F5305S I could not get the OCZ to switch an input. I have tried to set it positive and negative Inputs set to NPN and PNP none of the combinations...

Set P422=1 for the full PLC Diagnositics and look to see if the inputs are there.

You have not set a Probe Detect Input, but P153 =1 Probe Protection On
Since not all Inputs are used, I suggest setting one to Probe Detect and make sure this input is triggered if the Probe or TTO is plugged in.

Swap the Z /Z wires in the DB9 plug and try if it is ok.
