Yep that is that easy, but the servo must be 1:1 on the spindle to make it work for threading.

Re: Build Thread Mach3 to Acorn
The outputs are switching a relay, there is no voltage until you connect them. They are ok up to 220V Related reading: https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_diy/downloads/acorn_documentation/centroid_cnc_macro_programming.pdf https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_diy/downloads/acorn_documentation/Wiza...

Re: Router vs Mill
The liked thread is 4 years old... Meanwhile there are lot more differences between router and mill, It is no problem to run a router on mill software, but now the router version is with a more router like workflow and more router specific graphics to guide the user. But you can install the router v...

Re: JMC 2.6KW AC SERVO SPINDLE NOT SOUDING RIGHT
Did you run the servo not connected to the spindle and is it quite?
For me it sounds like a problem with the spindle bearings, or a loose drawbar.

That is what I expected, you are faster than Rentokil with bugs

Re: M200 prompts sometimes disappear
...... So, here's my tool change scenario where it does make sense: 1. Temporary message telling the user a Tool Change is happening from Tool X to Y 2. If no user input is required (pure ATC), then the message stays up for 3 seconds and disappears. 3. If the user has to do something, such as manua...

Re: M200 prompts sometimes disappear
I am sure it is not a big deal for Centroid to delete the timer if another Mxx is issued after M221.
Some old bugs are coming only to light if some user finds them till all others did not run into this issue, because they never used this feature in this way

Re: Build Thread Mach3 to Acorn
Assing Mist to one output in the Wizard then M7 will turn it on and M9 off.

Re: M200 prompts sometimes disappear
The workaround is to make sure the code after M221 will take more time like the timer, or use M225 with stopping g-code procession till cycle start from the user. Even if the timer would not delete the next Mxx message, it would not make sense for a M221 message to be only visible for a half second....
