Re: FLEXIBLE SHAFT COUPLING RECCOMENDATIONS
You have fusion and are able to use it and a working CNC mill, no reason to buy a kit. For the same price you can get ground ball screws with preloaded nuts, zero backlash and some blocks aluminum. I use screws with factory machined ends for default FK/BK bearings blocks, so all the critical work is...

Re: origin shift
That was only an example, I do all my four axes work with one origin that is probed exactly. For reworking parts I probe its position relative to the WCS and use this to place the model in fusion in the same position. There is no problem to machine it on all sides, or three sides on a table. But yes...

This Thread is outdated, Beta 5.19R9 is already with FRV and SSV professional made from Centroid with smooth sine curves.

Re: Spindle recommendations
Milling with high speed is loud. IMHO aircooling with an active fan is not much louder than watercooling, but cheap spindles with fixed fan are screamers

Re: incorrect cutting in a pocket
The part must be ca. 34mm with a 6mm mill at these points.
If not machine setup is wrong or the mill is not 6mm.

Re: origin shift
I use for all my tilting table work the same WCS right at the center of the A axis and end of the table.
There is no need to shift something when the table is turning...
