Select custom PLC in the Wizard, but anyway make a backup first.
IMHO if you do only change inputs in the Wizard, custom changes will not be overwritten.

If oc4 = Output 4, it is only a relay, there is no voltage from Acorn, but it can switch external supplied voltage.

Because with some stepper drives it is working also, but not as smooth as on DB25.

Yes, wrong wiring or Inputs are manual inverted, easy to figure out with ALT+I and a screwdriver to switch the sensors.

One Input for each axis is better, but set them as HomeLimit not just at Home.

OK, finally working. The only supply voltage for the common collector method seems to be 5V. Doesnt matter what else I try, at best I can only get direction in 1 orientation. Perhaps different resistor sizes might work but I tried a few, no go.
why not connect them to 5V in this case?
