no i didn`t see this before. Do you know who drawing it? the wiring in this shematic doesn`t allow an clearing/Reset of the alarm. And the max input current of the ALM ports are 8mA...that means that a Resistor of 3kOhm is needed.

i`am confused how to wire the alarm port (ALM-,ALM+) on my JMC (iHSV57) servos with the acorn controller. A friend made a shematic but i don`t know if this work or could damage my board.What do you think? greetz,

yes correct i have two turret sensors
i ask because i accidentally wired my acorn wrong at the beginning and blow it up :oops: :cry: :oops: a friend could fix it really good include a new seedboard because the old one seems to be dead...but i have sadly a problem with the DB25 connection ...

You are using the DB25 to connect the sensors correct? DB 25 inputs are 5V logic, Acorn input headers stand at +24VDC DO NOT CONNECT your turret sensors to the Acorn header. Assuming you are using Schematic S14986 for the PC55?

i have a problem setting up my ATC from my Emco PCTurn 55. The tool changer has 2 sensors. 1 for tool counting and 1 for homing.
I set the homing signal on input 3 and the tool count signal on input 4. Both connected via DB25 connector.

Problem -> If i press "Index turret", the ATC begins ...
