UPDATE..... just want to let you know that I'm a dumb ass!! big time... I didn't have the 24v into the correct input on the headers.. so now I have the 24v correct. it works again.. thank you to CNCSNW and Gary Campbell for the assistance. it was much appreciated. great group of people in here thank...

When I was doing the test that you have been telling me to do so, I have only had the power to the board and the jumpers, I don't have any other wires on it.

i have tried input 7 and input 5 both have the same results, if i wire the estop as normally open, at that point the touch plate will work just fine. I should look into the replacement. Not sure how i messed this one up

The results are the same, i have only the wires you have mentioned attached to the Acorn board
