Re: Parameter 131 option

Hey Scott,

This is not currently an option, but we are investigating if this is possible.

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion

Which neutral are you referring too? I'm assuming your talking about the AC neutral? Do not attach the neutral to the ground and cabinet. Only the Ground bus bar should be attached to the cabinet. Progress on the Cabinet is looking good. What steps per revolution are you going to set the drives too?...

Re: Auto homing understanding

You will want to Jumper the Enable signal from The Master Axis to the slaved axis so that the Slaved axis holds position as the Master Moves to the Home Switch.

Check out this schematic

Re: Counting and Logging Cut Pieces

I think I understand what your asking.

So this a plasma tube cutting machine? Just curious since I didn't see anything mentioned about plasma in the post. Is this an acorn board control?

Do you have any examples of the variables or the Gcode?

I'll look into it and get back to you

Re: DIY Table Upgrades

That looks about right.

You will have smoother motion with higher Step rates.

Most likely you can set your X and Y to 3200. That is better than 1600

You can only gain better motion with the higher step rate

There won't be any performance lose.

I Have set up the wizard many times and still slip up every now and then. It happens. Always worth a double check

What are the symptoms of not cutting right? The X and Y loosing steps?

Re: instaled THC now loosing steps

So the drives pictures look to match the wizards config settings at 6400 steps.

The overall turns ratio also matches.

There must be something different with the drive fault input in the wizard between these two builds. Have you looked at the wizards input menu and compared between 5.08 and 5.06?

Re: instaled THC now loosing steps

The back up file is always there unless it is deleted. The only reason to revert back to the previous version is to look at what the previous wizard settings were. Can you post a fresh report from the 5.08 version you on please Can you take a clearer picture of all three driver's dip switches. Scree...
