Wow sorry I missed This Post.
For Acorn Plasma the Axis cannot be changed. The Axis are always 1 X/ 2 Y/ 3 Z.
Technically the axis could be changed but specifically for Plasma this will lead to other issues.
What was the reason for Z to be the 1st axis?

Re: issue with plasma intercon V0.91 BETA
I see that, to get around the extension issue just Rename the .icp file and replace the .icp with .cnc

Re: issue with plasma intercon V0.91 BETA
Hello Cam Thanks for Posting
Can you Post the Plasma Intercon Job file? This will be a .icp file
You can select File-Save as to save the .icp Job file.
Can you also Post the DXF if this was an imported DXF also.
This will help us determine what the issue is.

Re: Corrugated Issues
I am having issues cutting corrugated. I am using the recommended settings, have calibrated the torch, slowed the speed down anywhere from the normal cut speed to 75% slower. Table is grounded properly, torch touch off works. THC works good on thin aluminum that warps, and steel that I cut. I have b...

Re: Corrugated Issues
Speeding the Z up more should also help. 200ipm max rate could be better. Max the Z out and find its limit.
I'll look into THC turning off when in restart. Restart should reset all settings back to how they were set when entering restart mode.

Re: THC problem
For reliable THC operation always run a job with Feed Rate over ride set to 100%. I would set set the Cut height slightly higher to give the Z more time to react if possible. Or dial back the Feedrate. Try to cut at the slowest Feedrate and amperage as possible to get the Z more time to react. Tune ...

Re: Corrugated Issues
What is the X and Y and Z Accel decell settings?
Can you attach a picture of the Wizards Configuration menu please
Try a higher cut height to give the Z axis more time to react.
Do you have a THC plot capture of the Cut in the Video?
If so please attach a snip picture of the plot.

Re: THC problem
Your making progress. The purple is the THC anti dive. This is controlled by the Anti Dive Hysteresis in the THC config. If the voltage rises more than 7 percent of the target voltage then anti dive will kick in. Default settings is 7 percent o believe I would increase the anti dive from the stock 7...

Torch Calibration is in the "Utils" button on the bottom of the VCP.
