The M61 in the Gcode calls the Profile manager information.

So the commanded feed rate will need to come after the M61 on the Cut you need to slow down.

You can do this in sheetcam by creating a Path rule to slow down by a specified percentage.

Input 9 is the THC default Ohmic input. If you don't have a THC connected this does not mean anything to your system

The Float switch or Touch off device will need to be assigned in the Wizards Input definition menu.

Others have done this.

I think Forest Scientific offers a Hypertherm Water Jet table using the Acorn Control. Pretty sure there running the Mill or router software version of CNC12

Definitely keep us up to date on your progress and any questions on custom Macros.

In the Wizards Input definition menu.

Click and drag the "Float switch " input to the same input number your Float switch is wired to on the Acorn

Please post a fresh report. I can take a look at your THC plots and see what's going on.

Is this Centroid's THC? I remember you mentioning a proma at THC before.

What kind of plasma cutter is this?

Make sure THC is set to installed in the the profile. Manager's THC config settings.

Please Post a Fresh Report and the G-code please.

Is the Feed rate Override at %100 percent on the VCP?

Are you running the CNC12 version 5.3 software? If not I would update to the latest rev for sure.

I installed that post and it said use feed rate equals true.
I made 4 of the same circles and one at 20 ipm 40 ipm 60 ipm and 80ipm
It ran them all at 61 ipm with smoothing off
Then I turned smoothing on and it ran each one at 220 ipm
I got to look at a bunch of videos whatever I did wrong Im ...

Heres a Post that should do what you're looking for

centroid_plasma_thc_sheetcam with optional feed.zip

If you edit the post and change the second line to:
useFeed = false

Sheetcam Feed rates will not be posted in the Gcode

If you edit the post and change the second line to:
useFeed = true ...
