I was not able to replicate any issues or the Laser offset in the Wizard not working.
Id be happy to try a TeamViewer session with you to try and pinpoint this issue.

Joey, Hi ... That's exactly what I'm doing .. test fire, then click " Laser Set XY " follow the on screen macro instruction to set the offset After this is done, I want to move to a piece which requires cutting, I need to select start point on that piece ... that's where I'm saying its lo...

Re: Laser Alignment
Selecting set XY will still set the WC 0 with out the laser offset.
Selecting the button on the VCP that says Set XY with a crosshair around it is the button your looking for.

Re: Laser Alignment
I think your using the machine coordinate to find the laser Offset Try this Fire the torch on the material so that it makes a mark on the material. After firing the torch and marking the material, select the WCS 0 button on the VCP. Now enable the laser and jog the laser cross hair to the center of ...

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion
The Overall turns ratio is an absolute. There is only one Overall turns ratio number. As you found your Overall turns ratio is 1 or really close to it. With the Overall Turns ratio set correctly. Any number of Steps per Rev settings can be used. As long as the drive and wizard steps per rev are matc...

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion
Thats what I'm thinking.
Can you get a better picture of the Dip switches. Up close and focused.
There is a symbol on the switches that says ON with an arrow. I can barely make it out.

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion
Alright so it looks like 5=OFF 6=ON 7=OFF 8=ON
So that is 12800 steps per rev right?

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion
Hard to tell from the picture but I had the dip switches confused. I was looking at 7-10 in that last picture. After closer inspection 5-8 look to be 5=ON 6=OFF 7=ON 8=ON This would mean the drives are set to 1600 steps. Digger drives closer look.png This makes more sense the 1600 steps is closer to...

Re: Torchmate accumove 2 conversion
Digger.
Looking at the Photo album.
I see the Drives do not have a 4000 step setting.
It Appears they are set as OFF OFF ON ON which is 3200 Steps.
These are your current drives in the Pictures correct?
