Yeah, my return positions are set in G30 P3. Just not moving when I use auto measure F3, batch measure F4 moves to G30 P3 position fine.

Solved, stupid mistake. I was using an older tool offset library for some reason. Remeasured all tools. All is good now. I should have known better than to jump the gun. Oh well.

Without any pictures and not knowing your machine my first thought would be that over time mechanical things may have maybe broken in and loosened up a bit leaving less resistance. It may have just been enough resistance in the past to hold the Z axis up.

Sounds like you need a brake on your Z axis if you are using servos.

Do you have the inputs fed with 24v on the 24v terminal?

Yes, with the bearings mounted very low as well.
