Thanks for the help guys...I got the 4th axis in the mail yesterday and set it up today...changing the 4th axis .hom file to just home out did the trick.

Everyone I know that has a liquid cooled spindle, uses a mix of RV antifreeze and water...and they change it a couple times a year.

I've operated both VF-1 and VF-2 machines and the only real difference in the two basic machines is footprint size and work area. A 4th axis on a VF-1 uses up a lot of real estate and leaves only a little room on the table for a vise...it can be done, but it's crowded. As far as choice, you are the ...

Updating...I starting testing my 7 watt Endurance laser connection and operation using the OBT schematic and I'm able to fire the laser at different levels...low enough to aim to the "X" and "Y" zero point, and high enough to burn a mark on a piece of MDF without setting a fire (...
