we did press F8 before running the job, and there was no error. Yes, soft limits are correct.

I just ran a slightly modified version of 1003 (decreased feedrate) and errored out. Here's the fresh report and new NC code.

Hi Keith, Here's the 3 NC code mentioned in the original post. 1002 finished on the first try. 1001 and 1003 experienced the random 325 errors but eventually finished cutting, after restarting the program several times. All three programs successfully air cut on the first try, 1 inch above the part....

Does anyone have an idea what this 325 limit error can be?
