Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
I found a picture from when I made my cable and a photo of my cable. Don't laugh at my wiring, I made it in a hurry one night! The heatshrink contains resistors required to bias the RS-485 driver. Some cables need them and some have them built in. For example older FTDI drivers (very commonly used)...

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
Look in the C2000 manual, it has a picture. You only need to co next + and -. Its not a bad idea to also connect gnd but 5v is not required. I have seen a photo of the RJ45 connector but there are duplicate signals, 3 and 6 ground and 4 and 5 sg+, I have to duplicate them also on the RS485 output.

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
It's just three sets of motor ratings. You could use any of them. You could use the lower frequency data for the rated values and set max frequency to the highest. But using the upper set if you intend to run it at the upper range is probably most accurate. Your problem is over current error during...

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
Ok, thanks for the information, tomorrow I will try to solve this configuration problem, I have checked the motor parameters again, on the motor plate there are 3 voltages, 3 speeds, 3 amps, 3 rpm. I have only entered the data for the third voltage. , third amperage and third speed, I don't know why...

Which part of the instructions is giving you problems? 1. Set speed on VFD to 1/3 of rated speed 60Hz = 20Hz 2. Set acceleration/deceleration time 1.5 seconds (01-12, 01-13) 3. Set 11-00 = 2 , Inertia auto-tuning 4. View 11-01 during tuning 5. Press forward and reverse until the inertia is stable. ...

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
Have you let the drive go through its self tune procedure to characterize the motor? This motor appears to be an induction motor, are you running the drive in induction motor mode? Honestly, I am going to keep saying it... You need to start diagnosing the problem. There is probably no-one that can ...

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
Ok, yes I have done an automatic adjustment but with the motor stopped, I have not done a dynamic adjustment because I do not want to remove the spindle belts, in the manual it says for dynamic adjustment of the engine without load. I will try to find a cable. Thanks anyway

Re: Actualizacion EMCO VCM 300
The error is (ocd), the motor is connected to the spindle with a belt, there is nothing else. Do you know the link for the delta support.
