System test fails at x axis
So my mill gets some times goes through the axis limit switch test and starts comparing the home vs swith position and it says there is some issue with the encoder. I have new DMM servos, new switches, My ballsrews have less than .0005 backlash (measured with interapid DTI) at the center of travel. ...
