I have PID 55 set to 0 for diameter mode. I am not sure where else to look

Been a bit since I had the time to work on this project. I am still working to get the motor and the VFD to work together. In reading the GSK928 manual, it states "the valid level of the tool signal is LOW, other tool signals are invalid when some tool signal is valid"

There are 3 groupings of wires
1st group of 3 wires is power to the turret motor So is the turret motor 3 phase??
2nd group of 2 wires is to power the logic switches for position of the turret Not following this. please clarify
