Re: Allin1DC - Z-Axis Homing Problem
I'm not sure why this worked but I had an Acorn controlled machine previously so I took the homing program from it, which had some logic at the top. Now it works. The original program was just the simple M-codes as shown below. M92/Z L1 M26/Z M92/Y L1 M26/Y M91/X L1 M26/X Here is the program I repla...

Allin1DC - Z-Axis Homing Problem
When I initially setup this machine I had no problems homing in all axis. It would work after restart, or whenever homing was required. Now, for no apparent reason, the Z-axis moves to the + limit and faults the whole program without attempting to move away. If I go into the homing program and comme...

Re: New Allin1DC - Mirrored CNC Program
I got it figured out. I reversed the direction in the setup>>confit>>motor page and everything worked great.

New Allin1DC - Mirrored CNC Program <user resolved>
Hello, I recently completed my retrofit with the Allin1DC on my Standard Router Inc. 4X4 CNC router. I ran my first sign tonight and it came out mirrored... I'm guessing I have either the wiring reversed on X and Y or in the software. Has anyone seen this? Pictures are of what's programmed and the r...

Multiple Head Router - Allin1DC Retro fit - PLC Programming
Hello, I recently finished retrofitting my Standard Router Inc. multi-head router and now need to finish the PLC programming. I am not very familiar with PLC so I was hoping someone had a similar retrofit and could share their program. I am using one VFD for all three routers. Controlling the pneuma...

Re: ATC Programming Trouble
Okay, thank you for the replies! I think the BIN situation was throwing me off from the actual problem. I found another pattern... I have a 4 position rack mount so I set the max number of tools to 5 so I could have an empty spindle. If I always empty the spindle to 5 before picking up a tool it wor...

Re: ATC Programming Trouble
More information after troubleshooting... It looks like the program is not finishing. Every time I run a Tx M6 program in the MDI it picks up the tool and goes home but the screen just says "moving..." but does not finish. You can see in the original picture it says "operator abort: J...
