Thanks Uwe. I am going to take some measurements for eccentricity but I think the kit I used was total crap. The ball screws are 20 mm with 10 mm shafts. By the time I turn them down there is little left. I am thinking of buying a new kit for all axis from Arizona Cnc and rebuilding the whole mill. ...

These are both fantastic solutions. Gary, I find the logic for the spindle fan output a bit easier to follow and I like the option of the time delay.
