Thanks for all your help cncsnw! I checked the encoders on the X and Y axis and they were slipping when the servo was accelerating or decelerating. Fixed the issue and now everything works as expected.

Thanks for the excellent answer! The only thing I don't understand is how the offsetting of heads works. Is that handled in the CAM software or does the Centroid Control know?

I am retrofitting a wood router that has 5 Tool heads/motors/routers/drills in it. They all move as one unit, but each has its own VFD drive. Does Centroid controls support doing this? I mean can you send a different G-Code that says turn on Motor #2 and use this X,Y offset and continue operations. ...
