You have to take it out of feed per rev mode and put into feed per inch. G98 is feed per minute. G99 is feed per revolution.
It is waiting to see a RPM signal to start moving but there isn't one.

Re: Centroid CNC Software Licensing Upgrade Announcement
I'd pay 20 bucks for you to give me JUST the lathe updates. Why do I need to pay for all the other machine updates if I only have a lathe??

When will we see a new lathe release?
Any idea when the new lathe release will come out? I am looking to try out the variable RPM and variable feed that Uwe was working on?

Re: Repeatability Issue
Sounds like there is a move in your gcode that is causing it to miss steps. I had a lead in too high once and it would miss some steps and move my X axis just like what you are seeing.

Re: Can you weld on a Centroid lathe?
Just power it down when you weld. Keep the ground on the chuck not the machine so you don't have current going through the bearings. I am guessing you are using the tailstock and chuck for alignment. Just turn the chuck by hand. I would tack it around at a few points then take it out and weld it on ...

Re: Damaged spindle encoder on lathe
You can also use a hall effect crank sensor off your car. That will output a 5vdc pulse when the keyway passes over.

Re: Centroid Mill Turn PP for fusion 360 (WIP)
How exactly do you simulate this in fusion? I still can't figure out how to simulate the live tooling on a lathe in fusion. Nothing I try works. Do you need to buy an extension to make 3 axis work on a lathe? or do you run it as a mill?

Re: Post Processor for Solidworks?
It is strange that Centroid isn't paying Solidworks or any other CAD software companies to make PP. The more 3D software Centroid is compatible with the more boards you sell.....
