Drilled Hole Locations

The problem that I am having could be related to a CAM issue (Soildworks CAM standard) but thought I would ask the question since I had a hole pattern related problem in the past. The previous issue was then the machine went to drill a pattern it would skip the first hole it was supposed to drill. W...

Re: WNPG =0 (Set Zero)

Sure enough when I went to the alt-i Display, mem243 turned green when I pressed the =0 button and zeroed the y-axis on the dro since y was selected on the pendant. I had been trying to use =0 during part set up. Once I had my edge finder in position I was hitting the button but nothing was happenin...

WNPG =0 (Set Zero)

I recently set up a WNPG-6 and updated to the latest version of CNC12. Everything seems to be working correctly except for the =0 (set zero) button on the pendant. Not sure what might be wrong, hopefully someone has some advice. Attached is my report.

Thank you
Rob

Re: Z-Axis Limits, Will not pass system test

So I adjusted the z- limit, ran the system test and it passed! The only issue I am left with is the z+ home position not being in the correct location for the tool changer claw. I thought I made the change correctly but it is not taking. How do I go about changing this? And if I do, do I need to rer...

Z-Axis Limits, Will not pass system test

Long story short i recently had an issue with my z-axis and had to take it apart and put it back together. Everything seemed fine after reassembly until I noticed the position of the spindle was not in the correct location for the tool changer claw. To correct this I adjusted the soft limits and aft...

Re: OAK Spindle load meter <<Answered>>

Thank you! Everything is working again. Has anyone been able to get x-y-z axis load meters to work with DMM DYN4 servo motors?

Re: OAK Spindle load meter <<Answered>>

Hi everyone after reading this post it inspired me to get my load meter working. I did follow the TSB for setting the machine parameters and in the PLC I changed the spindle axis from 5 to 6 and successfully compiled. Unfortunately now when I start my machine and reset the e-stop I can manually star...

Oak H1 Power Connector

I am in the process of putting all of my CNC components in an enclosure. In the enclosure I have 3 separate ABB power supplies 5V, 12V, and 24V. What I would like to do is connect the oak board to these power supplies and no longer use the mean-well. However upon disconnecting it I quickly grew conf...
