1 is a multi tap, with 3 taps 60 90 120 volt secondary, the other 2 transformers look the same but is a different revision, all 3 taps are labeled and measured 120 volt.

Re: AC/DC-60 Dc servo amperage
I should clarify my question, if my rectifier output is 128vdc 33amp, the input should be 3 phase 90.5vac and ???amp.
does the fact that i'm rectifying 3 poles to single pole, drop my required ac side amperage?
perhaps the title of this post should be: 3 phase rectifier, supply current calculation.

Re: AC/DC-60 Dc servo amperage
Thank you, in my case its multiple transformers, Y and Z axis being 128 Vdc 33 Amp, X axis being 92 Vdc 24 Amp, the original SCR drives had individual transformers for each axis, 5 kva, secondary voltage 90 for x, 120 for Y and Z, my problem is, i can't find transformers with 90 vac secondary for my...

AC/DC-60 Dc servo amperage
I have have a Matsuura MC1000 VMC, built 1980, i'm starting the process of upgrading the Fanuc to Centroid, i bought the AC/DC-60 Drives, the Servo motors are rated at 128vdc and 33 amp continues, i'm using the DIOCAP3P 3 phase rectifier from Centroid, i cant figure the KVA out, what size transforme...

Re: Acorn Step/Dir Differential line driver
Thank you Gary, i didn't realize the DB25 was 5 Volt, i will be using the DB25 with this https://cnc4pc.com/differential-line-driver.html, my Acorn is arriving tomorrow i will post how it works out.

Acorn Step/Dir Differential line driver
I have the yaskawa SGDS servopacks, and the drive will only accept line driver step/dir, Is there a way i can interface them to the Acorn?
thanks
