I found the reason., the encoder counts the ppr only during low speed correctly.
In high-speed mode the encoder counts wrong. Changing the encoder everything works well.

The Z axis work well during a normal lathe application.

Hello all, after updating to the newest acorn version I have bigger issues with the treading. The machine cut the thread, it seems that the turn per mm are not well calculated. yesterday I start the software, and the LEDlight was on from my thes before. I tip with my fingers slighty the ruby ball and the LED turned off.

So, my result is the probe has a issue withe the inner contacts.

Try to do it again next day.

I think my brand new probe maybe has a issue, the probe is tripped and stoped during a wall digitizing process.

Whats your opinion, any advice?
