Re: OAK/DYN4
Hello Marty I am currently using Oak with dyn4 drives and motors for my lathe. I am run CNC 11, 220 singe phase for both drives and motors. I made up my own cables as DMM did not offer them at the time. I have not seen the issues that you are having in my system with the index pulse, I am able to cu...

Re: OAK/DYN4
Hello Marty
I am using Dyn4 drives and motors with Oak. I looked at my PID and my index markers only show once every revaluation and no flashing sporadically.
I am using 240 volt to power my drives. The logic power is always on or I get errors When I release E stop power then go to my motors.

Re: g76 threading
Thanks cncsnw
parameter 242 bumped it up to 60. Cuts threads at 1100 rpm with no grove at the end.

Re: g76 threading
Here is a report and the Intercon thread program I used. I can cut nice threads just a the end of the thread it seems to stop before it retracts out of thread and leaves a grove at the end kind a like a relief cut.

Re: Trouble setting up Acorn with DG4S-16035 Drivers
Hello
yes you have to use the db25 for DG4-16035 I was running them with acorn. Used servo config for setting and tuning they worked fine.
