I am running off the pins not the plug if that matters I believe you will have to use the DB25. The step dir pins are at +5vdc logic level The header pins sink... Get a DB25 male breakout board from Amazon I butchered an old plug to test and that was it worked like a charm Amazon plug will be here ...

I dry ran acorn loaded everything and ran not hooked up to anything jogged around with no motors attached no problem. Now I have attached acorn to Machdrives ... wi...
