Does anyone know the name of the removable screw connectors used on the acorn? Specifically the 2 pin one used for the analog out, I lost mine somewhere and now want to hook up my spindle vfd for software control.

That was it, apparently something in my cheap chinese height setter failed and was triggering the input but not the led on the height setter so i never thought about that being a problem.

If I followed either of those instructions, I would get 0 to .001 at times, probably average out to .0002 or so given that most would be either 0 or .0005. If I move out and then back it comes back to the same spot. Or maybe i'm just being an idiot and not reading either thing correctly.

Well, talked to dmm today, it looks like it’s a tuning issue. The auto tune set the gain way too low, like below what the use for bench testing for the two y axis drives. Gonna play with the gain settings tomorrow and see what I can figure out.

So, I think I may have 3 bad drives as crazy as that sounds, unless I am completely off base on how this should work.
