I made those correction as recommended. All axis are moving per post. Yesterday the “X” and “Z” axis were good, the program ran until it called for the “Y” axis command, then it halted. Today the only axis I can get it to run is “Z”, it runs the “X”, table moves I one direction until it hits the lim...

Re: Homing

Hello All, I was able to sneak away to my shop this afternoon for a few minutes, I reset my "Y" axis home at the front of the table in front of the switch along with the soft stops. I can utilize the pendant to jog to either the "Y" negative or "Y" positive until it hit...

Re: Homing

Hello cncsnw, Thanks for responding. I have tested the integrity of the limit switches, I utilize the jog panel to move each axis in one (1) direction until I hits the limit switch, I then jog in the opposite direction. When I go to the diagnose screen, I can see the limit switches trip and clear an...

Re: Fault 411/412

I'm unable to move any of the axis under power, tried going to the MDI block command line and run G1 X-.25F.05, This happens with both the X and Y axis. Once I start the command in MDI, no matter which axis, it faults. I see a line under the axis that I just commanded, it goes from left to right, st...

Fault 411/412

Good Afternoon All, After working on this project for the last few months, I finally applied power to my Centroid ALLIN1DC last weekend and have faults 411/412. I can clear them by resetting the E-stop switch. Yesterday I doubled checked all my wiring, as far as I can tell, everything looks good. I ...

Re: Limit Switches/VFD Pot Switch

No, I don't have any reference lines on the X and Y axis. I'm going to utilize limit switch's, unfortunately my older system they were part the glass linear scales. So I will have to acquire them. Do you recommend, or what is your preference for these switches?
