The last 2 codes get movement, it doesn't like the g above it

Have a look at your error report, it's no wonder nothing works. Here's a sample of your error log below. Dive into tech bulletin 270 and 309 and find out where your noise is coming from. That is what I meant to send...

It jogs, runs the spindle(although the encoder doesn't match the s code), but it won't perform a program. I get a random communications error. I'm running the supplied shielded ethernet cable from Centroid.

And the encoder feedback for the spindle doesn't match the S command rpm...

That was exactly the problem...thank you. NOW, while I can jog both axis and get the spindle running, it won't run any lines... I get a communications error IIRC.
