As i look more into it it looks as if i am having some problems with the X as well. Yes the Y axis is paired they are all screw type and direct drive with as speed step reducer on each one.

Having trouble with my step count.
I have the centroid acorn cnc hooked up to a water jet I was running just fine yesterday when i shut it down. This morning when i came in i homed the machine in the back left hand corner i moved the cutting head toward the front of my table able and it only went about 3/4 of the way. It would no let...

Is there a wat to jog Z while in run program
We have just put the Acorn CNC Controller on a water jet and would like to know if there is any way to be able to jog Z axis while in a run program or to pause it and adjust it then continue the program. I am also wanting to know about how to adjust me off set down to about .020 and my tool offsets....
