I would put in some G0 moves to put the tool in the right place before ging to the approach to clear.

Edit, I dont use gang tools but is it your tool change position causing the problem?

Tried Lenovo update utility drivers, direct download and install and windows update driver versions. I did 4 different full reinstalls of windows 10 using various levels of not allowing windows to connect to the internet/log ins. Tried with windows defender turned off in the registry. Even tried ...

I am running Windows 10 Version 21H1 build 19043.1110.
The computer is a Lenovo Thinkcentre AIO M90Z


I gave up with my M90Z thinkcenter because it is the only PC of 3 running acorn that would give send resend errors. I could change it to a different machine, the errors would follow the pc, even ...

I had to stop using my Thinkcetre all in one PC as the internal ethernet adapter in it would have send and receive errors with Acorn. Changed the pc and haven't had those errors since.

Personally I keep the the control side power separate from anything else, power supplies are relatively small so the benefits out way for me having;
Easy isolation for fault finding.
Everything else can safely estop without loss of controller communication.

Completely tool depend, if you use replaceable tips all the information will be on the box or supplier will be able to tell you the optimal speeds and feeds. Then you will need to tweak it to your machine and possibly job.

I really like that idea, could use a cheap inductive sensor inside the plastic of the holder so there is no where for debris and easier to keep clean.
