table moving more then dro shows

Hy guys, I left my machine to sit a while and when I turned it on again, I found a problem. I wanted to move 100 mm and the table moved 130mm. This is happening on all axis. so I don't assume that it is steppers. I did check to set on steppers and I have it set to 6400 steps for rev. same as in wiza...

Re: Output1 with spindle on

why i need it ? my spindle has air input for blowing out all coolant and stuff from getting in , but I don't want to turn it off manually every time spindle stops, so I hooked up el. switch. and I don't want to connect 12V to same relay what control fovars signal, because worrying about getting 12V ...

Re: burned OUT what about warranty ?

I found that this is an R100 resistor, I did resolder that, a fast DIY solution so will see if I fix it. but nothing there must be more damage on board than that The resistor was probably R136 then. 0.1 ohm according to schematic. https://files.seeedstudio.com/wiki/BeagleBone_Green/resources/BEAGLE...

Re: burned OUT what about warranty ?

It appears you have an early revision Acorn without the relay board? Did you connect the VFD directly to Acorn outputs or via a relay board that you installed? Use a relay board to protect the Acorn outputs. Also make sure logic power supply Com and GND are tied together. Pictures of your setup wou...

Re: burned OUT what about warranty ?

Explain your setup. What kind of spindle drive do you have? What kind of drives do you have? Which schematic did you use? You need to find the cause of the problem before you replace the board. To me, that looks like some thing external to Acorn went wrong and you'll likely burn up an other if you ...
