New PC on acorn board

Hi Guys

can anyone help me with transwering CNC12 to new PC

My old PC has died but i was able recover beckup fr licence and settings.
On new laptop i have installed CNC12 ver.5,3 but report was generated on older wersion and i dont know how to transfer it ..

NEW PC transfer Acorn12

I need some help because my old computer is broken, and I need to install Acorn on my new laptop.

I still have access to the old hard drive and all the folders and settings for my CNC mill, which I need to transfer to the new PC.

However, I’m not sure which files I need to transfer or where they ...

table moving more then dro shows

Hy guys,
I left my machine to sit a while and when I turned it on again, I found a problem.
I wanted to move 100 mm and the table moved 130mm. This is happening on all axis. so I don't assume that it is steppers.

I did check to set on steppers and I have it set to 6400 steps for rev. same as in ...

Hi thank you I did write it to the MPU.plc but with no luck. It did not work.
i guess I will have to do it with the second relay

I have a Acorn board with 8 outputs, before I had board where relays 1with8 was paired and 2wit7 . now I have new one and there are all relays controlled separately.
( I still have some relays free )
yes I know what you mean but I don't have another relay with multiple connectors... :(

why i need it ? my spindle has air input for blowing out all coolant and stuff from getting in , but I don't want to turn it off manually every time spindle stops, so I hooked up el. switch. and I don't want to connect 12V to same relay what control fovars signal, because worrying about getting 12V ...

Hey guys, do you know how to turn on two relays with one command ( M3) and then turn them off with ( m5 )?
basically, I need to turn on two relays with Sindel start and turn them off when the spindle stops...

I found that this is an R100 resistor, I did resolder that, a fast DIY solution so will see if I fix it. but nothing there must be more damage on board than that


The resistor was probably R136 then. 0.1 ohm according to schematic.
