Carefully checked all the wiring last weekend and found a loose connection on the E-stop button. Over the last few days have run the machine for about 6 hours with no trips. I think I can safely say the problem is now resolved. Thanks for the assistance. Phil

Just done a few checks. Selected MDI. The machine jogged fine on all three axis at low feed rate 10%. Increased to 50% also fine. On 100% the Y axis tripped with 411 fault. Yes it is a Bijur. With it being powered only 15seconds every half hour, it was only getting power for a few minutes for a full day operation so maybe one shot per week !
