OK but why do the old backup not restore? The system was functioning OK before those backups

Everything was working well until I got error message about a missing .xml file that prevented the virtual controller from loading. I backuped the system and then reinstalled 4.64 and that tool care of the problem. I then went to my restore and I got the " existing file exist..." part then...

In the intercon line setup there is place to fill in the speed for the X, Y and Z movement. There is no similar input for the rotation of A axis. Sine the end point of the rotation must timed with the end point of the x y and z it is logical that there is no independent A Axis speed input. Interion ...

Is it possible to operate the 4th axis without limits? If I just wanted to spin the axis continuously how would I do it?

Problem resolved. I was looking at the blue light on wrong side of the ethernet adapter.

I have one the boards with a dual function led "heatrbeat". At present I have a blue light on the beagle board that is not blinking but the "dual purpose" light on the acorn board is blinking between two colors... red/green. What does this mean?

Keith... The 24V connection did the trick. When I power up the board and the leds for the port my mind skiped over the 24V connection. Thanks abundle
