I reverted back to v4.18 today and it is perfect, no communication errors in the log after using the mill all day. More importantly no sticky jog buttons in the vcp.
So this means that in my case at least its software version related, either the upgrade to v4.64 itself or how i performed the ...

I too have the same jog problem and I have the same symptoms with regard to the error codes with communication. I did change my shielded cable to a brand new shielded cat 8 cable to try to resolve and same issue with com errors.
