I found the issue. On a new material thickness I like to set the starting feedrate at 60-75% of HyperTherm numbers and speed it up as it cuts to find what works best for the Everlast. I set "Velocity Anti-Dive Ratio" to 70%. Now I can start it at 75% and work up, with ...

I have been trying to do something similar. I've got a VCP button "exhaust blower" set up and working as skin_event_75, but I cannot seem to get the output to turn on with g-code. If I run put M63/M83 in g-code I get a "invalid M function Line 69" which is the M83 command, and I get no blower ...

Re ran calibration, THC worked for 2 cuts, then in the third cut it got too close and contacted the steel. On restart THC was not active and the pierce delay was 0. All cuts since have had no THC movement.

Tried another cut today, THC AUTO led is on, THC is automatic in profile, I performed a calibration cut last time I used the machine, still no movement on Z while cutting. How do you guys tell if there is a valid calibration saved?

So as of now the VCP button is working to control the blower. Is there a way to use gcode to control this output as well? M94/M95 only works when specified as that output. M63/M83 doesn't work either. I guess I could put a switch on the control cabinet to manually override what ever state it's in ...

So it looks right now. I assumed it was saving it in the right file, since it did save it there initially. Buy it was saving in the original file that I copied the button from. Just have to get the LED on it working now.
