Go to the bottom of the screen and look for the utility button. After you click it you will see the Wizard option.

I agree with Marty, I've been able to make changes to the DMM drives without disconnecting the DB25 cables. Are you using the DB25 connection on Acorn for step and direction?

Your gains are set way too high, they should be around 15 to 20. That should make them less noisy. Also you can toon Y axis no problem. Just make sure one drive is not on. The motor tuning will move the gantry back and forth using one motor to tune it. After one is done do the other slave or ...

You will need a seperate 24 volt supply and a contactor switch to release the brake. Wire it so that the brake is released by one of the outputs provided by Acorn. You need to set the output to Z axis brake release. When you hit the cycle button Acorn will activate the brake release output ...

I changed the param 11 from 6 to 7 and saved it. Do you have a recommendation of a mac. that would work? Thanks again for you help.

I thought the same thing but when I checked using alt I, it's not tripped. I can run the built in PLC provided by Centroid like Kieth is using in the above video works just fine. When I try to use Scott's zero touch off mac. my Z never goes down to touch the plate. What ever height my Z is at is ...
