Re: Axis4DriveOk ignored when using software axis pairing

I should add the note from Keith's post that is only true for Acorn,

AcornSix will use Axis4DriveOk for the paired axis if its the 4th axis (Axis5DriveOk will work for the 5th axis paired).

Known issue, and is being worked on for future revisions of software.

Re: Wrong tool-offset calculation with Emcoturn 120 ( Rear Tool-Turret)

X-Diam is really just a reference location in 3D space. Just the starting point of where the tool offsets are calculated from (and for tools that would hit the "other side" of the TT have the diameter of the TT factored in). I suppose we could eliminate the TT calculation entirely for manu...

Re: Wrong tool-offset calculation with Emcoturn 120 ( Rear Tool-Turret)

Uwe, P281 (Tool Touch Off Stylus Diameter) is set to 10. So when you changed the tool from Front to Rear, you are now touching the "rear side" of the TT and not the "front side", so the diameter of the TT is added to the Reference Location. In addition, where we "expected&qu...

Re: 452 Ethernet Communication Error, CNCPC to Controller - Help!

Can someone take a look at my M6 tool change file please. When it drops the tool off it goes to the clearance position, then moves Y position 114.3965 into the fork, then move to pick up the next tool at Y114.6055. The Y position should be 114.6055 for both positions into and out of the fork. Am I ...

Re: CNC12 Router Restructure Beta Software thread. Rev5 Now Available!

Chris is completely correct about that, but... I understood Scott to be reporting that, when RTG was drawing the preview, he could not interrupt it with ESC or Cycle Cancel. Even when CNC12 is graphing a job that loops forever, ESC should interrupt it. I do see that on RTG initially it looks like i...

Re: Rev5 RTG/Graphing lock up

I will often run looping files where at the end of the file I have a M200 message to continue when ready followed by a GOTO 100. If you load one of those files, and graph it, you can't use cycle start to start the job and cycle cancel doesn't get you out of it, but Escape will. If you use RTG and r...

Re: New Build: Intelitek BenchTurn 7000 <Lathe with Turret>

Looking at your outputs i noticed the Rotate Turret and Reverse turret are on opposite sides of the relay board, this probably means you have it wired seperately. Reference the graycode Turret Schematic for a two output turret. https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersupport/schematics/uploads/S14987.r2.p...

Re: New Build: Intelitek BenchTurn 7000 <Lathe with Turret>

Does the turret rotate relatively fast? It might be the PLC just misses the window when it is on the correct tool. Though i would imagine since its only 4 tools it would have plenty of time. If your able to slow its movement might be a worthwhile test.

Re: New Build: Intelitek BenchTurn 7000 <Lathe with Turret>

That would mean that the turret was un-able to find the requested tool generally. if you rotate the turret by hand, does the Tool # on the top right of the screen reflect the correct tool as it spins to each position?

Re: New Build: Intelitek BenchTurn 7000 <Lathe with Turret>

Hello JPT,

On lathe the Proper command for a Tool Change is Tnnoo (Where nn is tool number and oo is offset). T2 M6 is a Mill/Router Command for Tool Changes and will not work properly on Lathe.
