Re: Anilam to Allin1 conversion

Pat, How's your conversion coming along?
That's a pretty good looking panel so far!

Re: Anilam to Allin1 conversion

That setup makes it look fairly simple. What is the small black square below the line filter and above your contactor? I plan to reuse the transformer and i have a new cap from centroid coming. My all in one is supposed to be here tomorrow. How have you liked the all in one on your Anilam machine. ...

Re: Anilam to Allin1 conversion

I did the same conversion in 2019. Here's my cabinet (don't laugh). I reused the Anilam E-stop button and went with the 24v ac contactor recommended by Centroid. (Not pictured but located right above the cap). The 2 silver rectangular boxes are line filters that I reused from the Anilam. The VFD is ...

Re: Step by step pictorial: Fitting 2000L encoder to Baldor DC servo motor.

Thanks for posting that! Marty No problem! These little motors cost more than a running small block v8! (I'm still not sure why). I thought since I was already doing the work, I would take pictures and document the process for others who might be nervous doing it for the first time. These motors ar...

Step by step pictorial: Fitting 2000L encoder to Baldor DC servo motor.

This is a pictorial I put together for Baldor brushed dc servo motors. It demonstrates the steps necessary to replace the original 1000 line encoder with a new Quantum Devices 2000 line encoder. My motors are MTE-4070-BLBCE I hope someone can find it useful :) Polish_20200827_202955755.jpg Polish_20...

Re: Wireless MPG's are back in stock

The price is the same for the Wireless MPG itself for Acorn, Oak, All in One DC. If you have multiple Acorns, they all have to be running PRO (So you have to buy licenses for each one to use the WMPG) If you have multiple All in One DCs/OAK, they all have to have licenses for each one to use the on...

How to disable comp look ahead?

I did a search through the forum as well as the user manual and cannot seem to find an answer. I am running parts with tool paths that are quite close to overlapping but I'm not sure how negative comp would affect that. As you can see in the pics, I'm trying to use cutter comp (G42 for LH cut) to re...
