Finished the install. Motherboard CPU Cooling fins prevented mounting LCD Control board on top of frame. Power supply prevented mounting the board on right side of frame. Mounted on bottom of frame, have about 1/16" clearance between motherboard and VGA cable plug.
Appreciate the assistance.

Re: Screen
Here's the OEM LCD screen and frame. Hard to see in the photo but the Button Board ribbon cable is not connected.
Is there any reason to install the new Button Board since you say usually not plugged in.
If not required can I also remove the ribbon cable?

Re: Screen
Moved the controller to right side.
Looking at your photo, is there a reason the ribbon cable is not connected to the Button Board?
I see 8 wires in my ribbon cable, 10 pins in the Button Board connector, two outside pins unused?

Re: Screen
Motherboard is refurbished MSI PM8M-V, no large hole available.
Kept the old board thinking I'd replace the swollen caps someday.
I'll try your 'right side' approach and probably remove the floppy drive.
Thanks for the photo's. Might be a couple weeks before I can get started.

Purchased 14169 CNC LCD Replacement (with motherboard wrap)), received this morning. Did a search of the tech bulletins, found #54 LCD Glass replacement and #315 connector info. Would be helpful if someone has a step-by-step procedure available they could share. Don't want to dis-assemble more than ...

Re: X Axis failure
Received the replacement DC3IO this morning. Took maybe 45 minutes to swap out old for new. Back to making chips.
A huge "Thank You" to the members that advised me how to get the machine back up and running.

Re: X Axis failure
The X axis move surprised me and I slowed the feed when it approached the limit switch but pretty sure it started at normal speed.
Followed the TB155 document and the servomotor checks okay.
Today ordered a DC3IO from Centroid.
