I have machined some air with tool paths produced using Swissi's post processor and it seems to basically work. It fixes at least one shortcoming of mine. i wont go into detail here as I have not verified on parts yet. But will post some real results when I get them! hopefully this week. making thes...

yep that was the first thing I did... see my first post "I have tried increasing parameter 16 the probing search distance from 5 to 10 and 20 and no effect..." that's why i was asking if there are other known parameters that effect probing, none of the ones listed in the DP4 instructions s...

marty will get a report, the probe is installed and working, this is teh first time i tried to probe a hole that large everything else i have probed has worked just fine
