OK, seeing what drives you have it's impossible to have the steps per rev you have set in the wizard. Set the drives and wizard to be 1600 or 3200. The values you have are incorrect. A side note here, looking at your report, I'm not sure how you came up with your steps per revolution. You have them set to 25,400 on the X and Y and 40,650 on the Z axis.
