Re: Still no motor movement.
What wiring diagram did you follow? Is the switch on the drive set to 5V? Is the enable line hooked up of not? Do the drives lock when powered up?
Please post pics of the wiring and a current report. We need a lot more info to be able to help you.

Re: X and Y axis exceeded
Your travel limits are not "typical" for a router either which is homing to the front, left corner. And as noted already you can easily exceed travel limits if they are not set correctly or you set your work 0,0 incorrectly.

Re: OPCON and USB-BOB
Ah ha, thanks. I have plenty of 24v lighted switches and pushbuttons I have just never seen and industrial switch/pushbutton with a 5v LED. I buy Factorymation switches and have not seen a 5V LED for their lamp blocks on their website. I do have accounts with Digikey and Mouser but Factorymation has...

Re: OPCON and USB-BOB
Can anyone recommend a supplier of industrial, lighted switches that have 5V LED's in them? I'm not talking about $3 switches from Amazon either. My supplier that I use for all my industrial switches only has 24v DC and then AC lighted switches. I think they might carry 12v also but I've not seen an...

Re: Wizard data disappearing
With 4.82 (and other previous versions) if the automatic axis pairing and squaring failed during the process the software would leave the travel limits at zero. This was because the software would have to set them to zero to preform the process of squaring the table. Once the axis pairing and squari...

Re: Help with Z move speed
Please post a CURRENT report from the machine and it would be helpful to know what Clearpath motor you have. Is it sized for the load you are lifting? Does the Autotune in the MSP software complete with no errors? We'd need much more info to be able to troubleshoot this with you.

Re: RE: Circus Wiring and Trying to Get Rid of the Knock
Also...the motors are rated for 24v maximum. So, I am sticking with the 24v max. on the drivers. I am still reading about the motors (no clue as of now why they chose these since I cannot find anything related to them) so I can make a better informed decision on keeping them or scrapping them. Seth...

Re: RE: Circus Wiring and Trying to Get Rid of the Knock
I don't know anything about Gecko drives but with other stepper drives I used in my past life I always used the highest allowable voltage power supply that the drive can take with just a tiny bit of headroom. This will give you the best torque and speed from the motors. If it's a48 volt drive and yo...
