Re: Trouble setting up my Huanyang Inverter

You should post a current report from the machine, without it we are just guessing. You have outputs 4,5 and 6 forced on, why? See the white line under the green LED/dot? Deactivate those outputs. This instructions are on the diagnostic screen. Also, if this is a router you will not need "SpinR...

Re: Motion control with 3 independent spindles on router

I’m with Scott on this one, that’s not a good pc to buy. The single thread rating is poor and it has a old school SATA hard drive. Get a pc with a newer and faster processor and a SSD hard drive. Make sure it can display 1920x1080. Please be careful with YouTube, there are SO MANY old and outdated v...

You CANNOT restore a backup from a different/older version to 5.06. When you installed 5.06 it automatically saved your old version. You can rename two folders and launch your previous version and create screen shots of all your settings. It takes less than a minute to rename the folders and run the...

The estop is setup by default You activate the inputs you need for your machine. Did you read the install manual? If you are upgrading then set the inputs the same as your previous version.

Re: Ether1616

No it is not a requirement. The software will try to auto detect it and tell you it didn't find it. Just to the left of that pic is the setup for inputs 1-8.

Re: Acorn Six

Glad you got it working and are happy with the Centroid controller. Let the fun begin. A word of caution, all g code is not created equal so beware if you try to run g code created with a post processor other than a Centroid post processor. It's anyone guess what can happen. I just went through this...

Re: Need help with inputs.

What schematic did you follow? Did you wire 24 volts from the power supply to either H4 or H5? Look at the schematic again?

Edit:
Sorry Scott, we posted at the same time.

Re: VFD Outputs not listed

This is why we ask for much more info from you when you ask a question, so we can answer more accurately. Post links to your drives manual, model numbers and anything else we might need to answer your question better. Without all the info you'll get half the answer.
