Did you try another cable so you can eliminate that as the issue? Then walk through the settings again one by one, walk away from the PC, take a break, then come back, you might just be overlooking something very simple.

I got mine the same day from Nancy I believe and yes, during the week. I was told they are working on an automated system for this process but I still got my license the same day I paid for it.

I have a Blue Elephant 6090 CNC with a 3kw water cooled spindle, Fuling VFD and NEMA 34 steppers all ran beautifully with the Acorn. I have some parts to cut today or tomorrow and will post a pic.
