I don't know if you have found problem or not,
but check jumper J1 VI VR beside control circuit terminals
should be jumper to 1 and 2 for external control

loaded and running 4-16 all works good , I must have screwed up something in 4-14
Acron what a easy system to set up and run

when I look a wizard it shows 6 and 7 set ? 6 probe detect NC, 7 open on contact
what is causing the problem of probe not being disconnect error ?
I have down loaded 4-16 I will try again tomorrow,

Was digitizing a part this morning, can up wit an error that probe was jammed , re started and after about 15 mins. had same error, figure I had something set up wrong, so I gave up for today as I had some parts to run, How ever now every time I try to run cutting programs that have been running fin...

My first completed parts, on my design and built cnc , only had drill press and band saw,
being controlled by a great little nut (Acron), first milling of 5 fret boards

Thanks Dan ,mine came with relay board, my hook up is like Acron S14984.dwg date 190227 except spindle ok hooked to FC, Mine is 1.5kw 100v, model HY01D511B I'm sure set up is diff. for other models runs great to 24000 rpm with set up below, VI-VR jumper to 1 an 2 PD005=400 PD004=400 PD003=400 PD072=...

That was the problem, have had some other problems with things changing , so deleted all , and restarted , all good for now
when I get my Huan Yang going I'll be done

what did I do wrong ? when I first set up Acron on my cnc at power up , press cycle start ,machine would move to home limit switches, do its little dance then set read out to all zero's ,now it doesn't move ,but set's read out to zero , I can jog all to home and reset works fine
