I really like your enclosure, I have been trying to decide how to do mine. I have 3D printed small enclosures for the Acorn and the relay boards but I still want to put everything together. So I might have to "borrow" some of your ideas.

I answered my own question, maybe this will help anyone else with my question.

My generic DIY probe is NC, so in CNC Wizard I set Input 6 as Probe detect (NC) and Input 7 as Probe Tripped (NO).
I then use a switch on input 6 that connects it to COM when I am going to use the probe.
